The Women’s Business Center serves aspiring and existing business owners throughout Utah. Through the center’s partnership with the chamber, the staff facilitates the entry of new women business owners into mainstream business and chamber activities. The center’s staff provides counseling, training, networking and mentoring opportunities, business-plan writing, and, loan packaging for both men and women. In addition, assistance with marketing, management, finance, technology, and government contracting is available. There is no charge to become a client of the Women’s Business Center. Membership in the Salt Lake Chamber is encouraged, but not required. On occasion, a fee is charged for the center’s training programs, however, fee waivers are available.
