Our small business loan funds provide fixed-interest rate, term loans for permanent working capital, machinery, equipment, commercial real estate acquisition and development. SDDC’s boundaries and primary target markets are generally south of the Trinity River and I-30, although we are authorized to make loans throughout The City of Dallas and the enterprise zones.

The WBEA is an affiliate of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), and serves as the third-party certifying organization for women-owned business enterprises (WBEs).
